Note to chocolate lovers, internationally renowned chocolate maker Pierre Marcolini is now offering some of his creations in the Terminal 2 boarding area at Nice Airport.
We just love…
it all. Bars of grand cru chocolate, boxes of ganaches, pralines and other sweet treats, cakes, financiers and spreads that take you right back to your childhood. This new pop-up in Nice Airport Terminal 2 will regularly be offering travellers seasonal collections like the delicious make-your-own choc-ices with a choice of home-made shell as the mood takes you... chocolate, of course. Enjoy ice cream from the Frisson collection too, a selection of handcrafted ice creams and sorbets as per Pierre Marcolini's principles: all-natural and low-sugar.
Ultra-low-sugar creations that leave the flavours of original ingredients all the space they need. Traditionally crafted products. Pierre Marcolini travels the world himself to find the best cocoa beans, roasting them in his workshop and thus restoring chocolate to its former glory. You have only to taste one of his delicacies to be convinced!
