Top chef Mauro Colagreco wanted to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere here, conducive to relaxation and removed from the airport’s fizzing excitement. Passengers and companions can rouse their taste buds over breakfast or a meal in a modern setting with a breath-taking view of the runways. And savour dishes designed by the chef ranked 3rd in the world, according to The World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2018.

The Mediterranean-inspired menu puts local specialities in pride of place, shining a light on wonderful ingredients produced locally. The culinary journey on the French Riviera begins with the appetisers, with a salad or Mediterranean fish carpaccio. And why not herb-roasted guinea fowl to follow drizzled with olive oil... from Alpes-Maritimes of course! There is a selection of sandwiches and platters for "on the go" people in more of a hurry to enjoy too. Across the board, the new dining concept in Terminal 2 Nice Cote d'Azur Airport is true to its credo: flavour and high-quality local ingredients. The club sandwich duly goes off the beaten track by combining avocado, smoked trout and fennel, and the cheese platters make room for local produce, from Sospel goat’s cheese to Tomme du Piedmont.
