Flight information

Due to Coronavirus COVID-19 and the restrictions implemented, flight schedules are subject to modification by airlines. All air operations to and from Nice Côte d'Azur airport will be operated from Terminal 2.

We advise passengers to make themselves aware of the restrictions in force in their country of destination, and to also contact their airline before coming to the airport.


Coronavirus COVID-19: cancelling or modifying your bookings

Modifying or cancelling your flight bookings

Passengers are requested to contact their airline or travel agency directly for any modification or cancellation of their flight bookings.

Modifying or cancelling a Click&Park car park booking

Rest assured if you wish to modify or cancel your car park booking. You can do so easily and for free on our website.

  • You can modify your car park booking up to 5 minutes before the time of entry to the car park.
  • You can cancel your car park booking for free up to 24 hours before the time and date you were scheduled to park.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. In the "My Orders" tab
  3. On your order, click on "Cancel" or "Modify".

Modifying or cancelling an official valet parking booking 

  • If your vehicle already been collected by the valet parking service and you wish to modify the time and date of your return: You can send your request by email to valet.nce@arwe-service.fr .
  • You can cancel your official valet parking booking for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection of your vehicle. Any selected options will then be cancelled.

Cancelling a VIP Welcome booking 

If you wish to cancel a VIP Welcome booking at Nice Airport: you can cancel for free up to 48 hours beforehand through your account on our website.

For all other requests concerning services you have booked via our website, you can view of terms and conditions of sale or contact our customer services.
