What means of payment can I use to book a slot online with Click&Park?
You can pay for bookings on our website with the CB, Visa, American Express credit cards or using Paypal. We use a secure platform, so you may be asked to supply an additional code received via SMS to confirm payment.

Can I cancel a Click&Park booking?
Yes, up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. The full amount of the booking you will be then be refunded. You will not get a refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival.

What is the minimum parking duration that can be booked online?
Car park P9 can be booked form 3 days parking miminum.
Car parks P4 and P6 from 4 days parking minimum.
Car parks G1/G2/P2/P5/P7 from 1 hour.
The weekend flat fee in P2 and P5 is from 48h minimum between Friday and Monday. -
What are the booking conditions for the weekend flat fee?
The Click&Park Weekend package offers a good deal on direct access car parks P2 (Terminal 1) and P5 (Terminal 2) available all year round, for parking periods of 48 to 72 hours between Friday midnight and Monday midnight.

Can I change a Click&Park booking?
You may change your booking by logging onto the Customer Area of the website on the "My Account" tab. All bookings may be changed until 5 minutes before the stated time of entry to the Car Park. Once the vehicle is parked, change is no longer possible. A booking may only be changed once at most.

What happens if my flight is delayed or if I exceed the scheduled car park exit time?
As indicated in the terms and conditions of sale, the penalty for exceeding your booked time is €25/day from the first hour, except for car parks G1 and G2, for which the penalty is €35 and for the P9 for witch the penalty is €15.

Why do the rates vary?
The rates for some car parks vary according to availability and the period.

Can I book my parking slot at the last minute?
You can book your slot up to 10 minutes before your time of arrival in the selected car park. However, if you book at such short notice, you will not be able to cancel your reservation because cancellation is only possible up to 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date of arrival.

I have a special offer; at what point do I enter the code to apply it?
You must enter it on the booking recap page before paying. The amount deducted is displayed if you entered the code correctly and it applies to the car park in question.

Why create an account to book a parking slot?
Creating an account to book your parking slot on our website gives you access to a Customer Area listing all your bookings, and where you can change or cancel these bookings. Your account also contains all your invoices.

Where can I view my invoices?
All your invoices are available in your Customer Area, accessible via the " My account " tab, under the heading "Recent bookings". They are also attached in PDF format to your order confirmation email.

I am a person with reduced mobility (PRM), can I book a dedicated slot?
Non but there are specific PRM slots in all car parks. They are open to holders of a disability card. These slots are usually located by the entrance and are clearly marked.

How do I enter the car park I booked?
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a code. At the car park entrance, enter this code on the access terminal, followed by "OK". The terminal will print a ticket that you must keep until you exit the car park. You must access the car park at the Click&Park terminal, otherwise you will not be able to enter the car park.

Does my online booking give me a specific slot in the car park?
No, you do not have to specific slot with your booking, but it guarantees that one will be available in your chosen car park.

What are the car parks available with Click&Park?
You can book your parking in the car parks P2, P4, P5, P6, P7, P9, G1 and G2 with Click&Park.
