New restaurant for Cannes Mandelieu Airport

Since 10 May, Cannes Mandelieu Airport dedicated to General Aviation, has broadened its range of services with a new location. Escale Gourmet, the platform’s new restaurant.

New name, new menu… Escale Gourmet welcomes you from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 to enjoy its mouth-watering and exquisite dishes.

Chef Florian Ollivier is a young culinary talent who began working in the restaurants of high-end hotels at the service of a demanding clientele. He offers a creative cuisine to fulfil the requirements of a VIP clientele, but not just them! There’s no need to be a traveller as Escale Gourmet is open to everyone.

The restaurant can accommodate up to 70 people in a chic and cosy space offering a unique view over the airport runways. For more comfort, free and easy parking is ensured for a stress-free visit. The menu offers a brasserie and bistro type cuisine for all Côte d'Azur gourmets, including: fresh salads such as the must-have Caesar and Niçoise salads, a semi-cooked tuna tataki or even steak Rossini or vegetarian burgers... and for a smooth finish, a list of homemade desserts.

The Escale Gourmet offers don’t just stop there though! For those in a hurry, the restaurant also offers food to take away or quick bites. Make a quick stop during your timed lunch break thanks to the “quick express 30’ service” served between 11:00 and 15:00. If you fancy a snack to take away, the “self-service takeaway” option is available from 09:00 to 18:00.

Notice to companies, Escale Gourmet offers a “seminar” activity. Three areas can accommodate meetings, seminars, inventive or business lunches.
