The Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport invites you to rediscover the tastes of the Riviera at the Pan Garni restaurant in the Terminal 1 departure lounge.
The menu is an exclusive “chic snacking” concept, the brainwave of Chef Thierry Marx. The selection is based on regional recipes, to be enjoyed in a genuine Côte d’Azur setting, down to the vintage ham-slicer and retro tiles!
Pan Garni serves the best in characteristic Niçoise cuisine.
You get to choose the ingredients for your pissaladière onion tart, anchovy “siphon”, ham sliced to order, dried tomatoes or parmesan “siphon”.
Pan Bagnats are also in the delicious line-up at the Pan Garni restaurant at the Nice Airport. Choose from Classic, Vegetarian, Honey Chicken or Ham Rostello Mozza.
