PERSONALISED WELCOME SERVICE FOR PASSENGERS:
A welcome which reflects your company image:
On arrival:
passengers are welcomed as soon as they step off of the plane, accompanied through border controls, if necessary, and at baggage reclaim, assisted by the porter service and passed over to the professional waiting for them (limousine or coach driver) or accompanied to the car hire or helicopter counter, etc.
On departure:
passengers are welcomed at the terminal entrance, assisted by the porter service, helped to complete tax refund formalities if necessary, accompanied to check-in and during boarding, and to the Club Lounge if required, etc.

CONGRESSES
As an event organiser, do you need to welcome congress or event participants to events in the region?
There are 16 "congress" reception desks available for you, situated in the "arrival" corridors in the two terminals, before the luggage reclaim area, where you can site your own reception staff.
These counters are personalised with screens where you can show images relating to the event (slide show, film, etc.). Availability permitting, you will also be offered counters in the public halls.
